WHAT WE DO
Binding
We produce a number of different binding types such as PUR Binding, Burst or Perfect Binding, Saddle Stitched Binding, Wire-O Binding and Plastic Spiral coil Binding.
Sheet to Sheet Laminating / Mounting
Sheet to sheet laminating / mounting is the process of which you glue a sheet of paper to a substrate material. Once cured the product goes off for finishing.
Die Cutting
Die-cutting is a great way to have your printed piece stand out from the crowd. Die-cutting is the process of cutting a piece of paper or material to a custom shape and size.
Folding
Folding is performed in a variety of ways such as Book/Section folding , Roll fold, Concertina fold, and Map folding.
Products
We manufacture our own Plastic Spiral coils and also sell a number of other products such as Business Card Boxes and Struts.
Other Services
We perform an array of additional services which include but not limited to Guillotining, Eyeleting, Round Cornering, Single leaf Collating just to name a few.

A little bit About Us
Terrell Print Finishers is a small family business based in North Plympton South Australia, we pride ourselves on quality and especially service.
The business began in Underdale South Australia in 1973. Fred was then working for his father manufacturing sheet metal products for the glasshouse industry when he decided to help out his brother (who was working for Stock Journal Publishers at the time) with some calendars that needed metal rimming attached, so he then bought his first piece of equipment a hand calendar rimming machine. This turned out to be a great success. That one machine has led Terrell Print Finishers to be where we are today, the largest trade bindery house in South Australia.
The business is now run by Fred’s sons Stephen and Andrew who have over 60 years combined experience between them. They and their staff many of which have worked here for a very long time, pride themselves on quality of work and the ability to meet the changing needs of our clients.
Over the years the business has expanded to include a multiple of services, die cutting, saddle stitching, folding, sheet to sheet mounting / laminating, burst / perfect binding, PUR binding, wire-o and plasticoil binding plus many more. Being a small family business we care about you providing the best quality, service and knowledge we can. All our manufacturing takes place here in North Plympton South Australia.
The family business is proud and passionate about keeping all manufacturing in South Australia, so we can continue to provide outstanding and personal service to our cliets.
Environment
Being a manufacturing business and a high user of electricity, we looked at many different ways to lower our costs and carbon footprint. Over the last few years, we have made some significant changes by replacing all our lighting over to cost effective LED lights and then in mid-2019 installed a 50kw solar system.
With the 152 panels installed we have reduced our running costs by around 70% and our carbon footprint (greenhouse gas emissions) from approx.: 5 tonnes per month down to 1.4 tonnes. Going forward into the future TPF will always be looking to further improve our enviromental impact.
