Other Services

We perform an array of additional services which include but not limited to Eyeleting, Round Cornering, Collating and more take a look below.

Eyeletting

Eyeleting is the process where nickel or brass eyelets are traditionally used to reinforce a hole.

At TPF, we cover all aspects of eyeleting for a variety of products that extend across multiple industries. Whether it be a standard safety tag or a large outdoor corflute sign we have it covered.

Once your tag has been eyeleted it can then have a cotton string inserted so you can attach it to your product, whether it be a bottle neck tag or safety tag for a machine breakdown. Please see stringing below.

  • Swing Tags
  • Calculator wheels
  • Presentation folders
  • Small booklets

EYELET SIZES:

  • Small – 8mm outer / 4mm inner hole
  • Large – 12mm outer / 6mm inner hole
  • Extra-large – 26mm outer / 13mm inner hole with option of a washer on reverse side.

Stringing

Stringing is the process where you attach a piece of string through a finished product to form a loop.

Most common products are swing tags to go around the neck of wine bottles and also for safety tags.

 Minimum loop:  80mm

Maximum loop:  155mm

Black or white string is normally used but other colours may be available subject to availability, there would be an extra cost involved though.

Single Leaf Collate

Single Leaf Collating is the term used for when you want to collate single sheets of paper together. Whether it be a book, diary or just a simple writing pad. We can collate up to 20 sheets in the one pass. If multiple passes are needed we can then hand collate them together to form your final product.
